Makro please assist

I purchase quiete often from makro and I don't really have issues but this time I'm not sure what is happening to with them. I tried calling,emailing and chatting on their WhatsApp app but no feedback. Please can I have some feedback regarding my fans purchased and not delivered. I don't want the fans anymore, I would rather get a refund ASAP.
