Makro Plays an April Fools Joke on Me

So on the 1st of April, Makro had an 'April Fools Special'. On that special I ordered a dishwasher online to be delivered in Clanwilliam (Western Cape). As specified the dishwasher gets delivered within 5 working day. I get home, remove the wrapping to find that there were scratch marks on the front. The next day I phoned and emailed Makro with photo's everything. They promise me that they will immediately replace the machine... Well it's the 30th of April and I'm still waiting... Therefore if you live in a small town far away from the city, DO NOT USE MAKRO ONLINE shopping. They do not replace damaged goods, even if you pay a fortune!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only empty promises. ALSO on this April Fools-day I order a floor lamp. The lamp arrives 3 weeks later. The shade is squashed inside the box, already damaged!! So I take out the base to put it together and it can literally not get build. The *****s stop halfway... how the hell can they sell me products that has not even been tested??????????????? AGAIN I spoke to Makro and sent them the pictures of how the lamp can not build properly... and NOTHING!!!! Seriously I lost thousands of Rand on April-Fools by trusting Makro. I guess I'm the fool!!!!
