Makro Pietermaritzburg bad service

Willing to purchase two movelo bikes which was at a really good price only to be told by the sales lady saakira if i stand correctly these bikes are problematic without a backup service. Makro should not be selling bikes if this what im told. Very disappointing. As a big entity massmart should provide better knowledge to the sales consultant as she is clueless to some of my questions and why was i being pushed into buying another brand which seems less superior to the bikes i wanted.
