Makro pay back the money

I have been waiting for my refund since October after makro has failed to deliver my products not once not twice but trice and more and said i will be refunded in 3-5 working days but till to date I am still waiting with no communication nor any attempts to show that the matter is been attended to therefore I need my money as soon as possible because this is really inconvenient and pathetic, I can't be complaining about makro everytime they have to do their job it's a struggle someone needs to do their job and take responsibility this kind of customer service is really terribly bad.makro pay back the money
