Makro, pathetic service MAK***

I purchased a mattress topper from Makro online and took delivery on the 11/02/2025 . Upon receipt the mattress had an extremely strong chemical smell which is unusable. My wife had brain surgery and is unable to stand the smell. I went to makro cornobia to return the item on the 15/02/2025 due to work constraints and was advised the return can only be logged online, which does not state on their terms and conditions online. I subsequently logged the return online on the 15/02/2025 and received a response the mattress will be picked up on the 19/02/2025 morning. This has not happened. MAK***
