Makro - Pathetic service

I am really upset with these guys. I am struggling since August to get a voucher out of them, that I must get for a tablet that was handed in for repairs, and was then lost during the looting in KZN. I have sent numerous emails, that just get send to whichever department deals with it. Then I get phone calls from people that says I will get the voucher, and then I wait a week and don't get anything, then I send an email, and wait for them to contact me, then they phone and say I will get the voucher, then I wait a week, and send an email, and so it goes. This has been going on since August. It's really pathetic service. Really pathetic!
