Makro pathetic service

Hi guys

I bought a pool from makro 27/11/2023 I was assisted by a sales person in the pool department who sold me the best way pool I did advise him it's for family purposes including my 2 year old daughter and I told him that my yard is slightly slanted . The sales guy told me it would not be an issue and that I needed a pump to ensure the pool will be straight and just right. I decided to put the pool up 7/12/2023 and noticed it was sitting in a ankle and that over 3000 litres of my water couldnt even bring the pool up . I went to makro yesterday 8/12/2023 spoke to the manager naasif dastagir who mentioned to me he will investigate the pool guy today 9/12/2023 and call me at 10am today at the latest. I am still waiting for his call however we as clients went to return the pool as per makros policy and procedures during the 14days return period but still had to drop the pool off yesterday more than 20kms away from my premises .My concern is does makro mislead all clients to get them to buy something that really doesn't work for them just to make a sale ? Does makro advise clients they will call them on a stipulated time and don't call them making them wait ? Is this really my fault or the one who advised me ? There is no compensation whatsoever from makro knowing that I told the manager I drove from quiet a distance ? Will other stores etc builders ,games store do this to a client ? I think makros service is up to no good and that they rob and misleading customers to buy something that doesn't work for them ! Please guys don't listen to pool guys in the pool department they sell you stuff just to make a sale do your research before buying . Also makros return policy 14days is up to **** I am still within the 14days to return the item but unfortunately they want to confirm with the pool sales consultant before refunding me ,like the customer has the time to lie to them! Furthermore I think game stores and all other retailers service is much more better than makro
