Makro Pathetic Service

Made an online order on 03 November 2023. Received confirmation on 06 November 2023 that it was delivered but I didn't receive anything. Called the Called Centre to advise them and they told me that they made notes on the system. I called the call centre again on ***and was told that there was subsequently no notes made and that the order was delivered. I am now expected to wait whilst an investigation is concluded before I can receive my order. Pathetic to say the least. Please can someone contact me so we can urgently have immediate resolution of this.
