Makro - Pathetic Service and False Advertising

Utterly poor customer service. Purchased a product online under false advertising. When I wanted to return the product it was endless struggles. When I seek for help at Makro Cape Gate, the store manager refused to come and see me or even talk to me, his comment over the phone to the front desk help was that Makro Online is not his problem. They eventually collected the product on the 12th of December 2024 at 08h17, Courier guy never gave me any confirmation of collection that took place. Only told me I can take a screenshot of his mobile phone. Up and until today, the 18th December 2024 I haven't received any feedback of any kind from Makro Online. Will definitely not recommend buying at Makro.
