Makro - Pathetic Service!!!

Placed an order with Makro, and made sure that the order will be delivered before the 29th for my sons birthday, before proceeding to place the order. The parcel was scheduled for delivery on the 28th, but the driver of Wumdrop courier services decided that his Black Friday shopping was more important than his job, and to make sure all deliveries assigned to him gets delivered in time. He then **** and said that there was nobody to receive my parcel, yet i work for a very busy International company and the receptionist was fully aware of the package to be delivered, there was nobody attempting to deliver and no phone calls in this regard. When phoning Makro Customer care they are incapable to help, they pass you from one person to the other. I spoke to 7 people this morning on the 29th of November and the last person i spoke to said she will get the delivery department to phone me back, that was just before 9am, i am still waiting, it is now 11am. I am completely BEMUSED with this service. Makro and Wumdrop has the most pathetic service i have encountered in a very long time. Today is my sons birthday, yet he wont have a birthday present after i made sure to place the order only if it would arrive in time. Thank you Makro and Wumdrop for crushing his day!!!!
