Makro pathetic service
I've ordered a phone with makro online and paid for it on the 28th November 2025 , they've sent me tracking details and it did say delivery on the 29th of November 2025 The day came and finished and still no phone, I've tried WhatsApp and no joy ,spoke to the agent and he says it normally gets delivered by 4 to 5 days which is ridiculous My wife's birthday is coming up and I still don't have a phone that I got for her
