Makro pathetic service
My daughter ordered 2 x dumbbells from Makro but only one was delivered. Struggled the whole morning to reach their store in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) as well as the ***. The Gqeberha number *** I have been phoning since 9am this morning. Either the landline does not get answered or the call gets cut after holding. The 0860 number is exactly the same - held on for 6 minutes and then was cut. I WANT THE OTHER DUMBBELL - THIS IS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT. Never been so frustrated with pathetic after sales service - if you can call this service.

After having to send stupid pictures to them because that helps, they checked with the courier to confirm that only one parcel was sent because obviously we lying!! And only today we receive the INCORRECT CHEAP DUMBBELL which we could have bought at Game. This is for a gift for the 8th December. I would never recommend buying from the PE Branch of Makro. How difficult is it to READ the description of what needs to be sent? WHEN WILL WE ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE CORRECT DUMBBELL??????
