Makro pathetic service

I ordered a foldup table from Makro online on 23 January. I noticed that my previous address was still on there and changed it immediately. On 26 January I contacted them twice to make sure address is corrected to avoid it being delivered to wrong address. They said previous address showing by them but I said my profile shows new address. They said it will still change. I said rather put in new address now again. With delivery mails coming through afterwards it still showed previous address. I wrote about 4 messages after that and still it ended up them giving courier guys wrong address. Friday 30 January I phoned in again and said that I am still waiting on my table. This consultant said she will check on it and call me back. She ask me to rate her. I said how can I rate you yet if my problem not sorted out yet. Believe me I'm still waiting on her to call me back. The Friday evening I wrote to Makro's administration but I didn't get reply from them yet. It was for Makro to check with Courier Guy what happened to my table. Until now still no table and still no replies.
