Makro pathetic service

I bought a hose pipe for the amount advertised and then the price changed in the store. After a few day the incorrect item was delivered so I logged a return and now it is a month and a week that I can’t gat Makro to answer my question as to why the wrong item was delivered and why is it taking more than a month to be sorted out The call centre is pathetic they only tell you what they are trained to do and do nothing about your complaint
