Makro, pathetic customer relations........

Black Friday sale which Makro could not supply, Makro cancelled order on 13th Dec due to "no stock"....up to today there is no refund......get through to customer care, everytime it is the same pathetic answer.."we will call you back with refund date"....true to Makro, nobody ever calls you bwck, money never gets paid back...absolutely pathetic, customers do not matter for Makro, just our money matters!!!!!!!worst experience ever!!!!!!!
