Makro - PATHETIC CALL CENTRE + WEBSITE!!!!!!!
i tried to buy items online at Makro online but were unable to checkout as none of the options were working. I then called their call centre FOUR times and the previously THREE times their staff HUNG UP ON ME!!!. makro your level of service SUCK BIG TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

30 Jan 2020, 19:50Good day Makro online - since I received no help from your staff (taking into account that they put the phone DOWN 3 TIMES) - I simply took my business elsewhere. Takealot's website was easy to use and within minutes I placed my order and spend my money with them. In future I will now spend my money at Takealot and no longer at MAKRO.
