Makro - Pathetic

Received yet another online order 2 weeks ago with the hope that all items would arrive in tact this time. The 2nd box, torn and soaking wet - had a 3L comfort and a bottle of stain remover - no padding, bubble wrap or plastic bag like Game would use etc. Both items had opened, leaked all over the box until most of it was close to empty. One lid I found inside the box and the bottle of stain remover was completely open. Why pack 2 small items in such a massive box? Why not check the lids before packing? Its also npt the courier's job to try and salvage and reinforce the box. I was promised via email a week ago - that someone would assist me. No care in the world to respond or to refer me to someone via telephone call. Do not order online from Makro, there is little to no care. They will only respond once complaints are made on social media etc. I wish I could add pictures.
