Makro - PATHERTIC AT REFUNDS

I made an online purchase at Makro on the 23rd August 2023, order# MAK***. I received and returned the product for refund 3 days later as the product was badly scratched and looked 'used'. To date i have still not received my refund. I have called in several times and was given reference numbers. My last call today, ref ***, i was informed that the refund was done on 28th August. This is strange since I was requested to send through my banking details on 6th September, this also puzzled the consultant that was assisting me. No refund was made into my banking account. Please provide me with proof of payment. I have NOT received any comms from Makro regarding my refund. Pathetic
