Makro parcel mix up good bye R800 good bye Makro

Placed an order which was dispatched in two boxes. Courier delivered one box and another box for another customer. Called yesterday and they said they would get back to me. Called again today, gave my order number where they can see all my details. Got cut off during the call. They didnt even bother to call back. I guess I can kiss R800 goodbye as my package show as delivered to Lizette on courier website. Makro poor service. Will never buy from you again
