makro paid with instant eft but still says awaiting payment

I placed an order and made a payment via instant EFT, as oer usual when making a payment this way and it is successful you are automatically redirected to the order page, upon doing so the page timed out. I eventually went to my profile and realized the order still says awaiting payment. I decided to check my app only to find the payment was successfully deducted.

I decided to google “ makro paid with instant eft but still says awaiting payment” to which I immediately found links of people complaining about the very same issue and how the have been struggling on end to get refunds or to have there orders sent!

I genuinely hope I don’t have to struggle the same way and this problem will be sorted out swiftly.
