Makro owes me from the 15th of March 2025

I've ordered the 3 sets of 2 chairs (6chairs) on the 15th of March. On the 18th of March I received my order. Which was wrong order. They had send only 3 chairs instead of 6 chairs I called them, they said I I must log a return which I did. They collected them on the 28th of March. They refunded me money fo1 set on 8th of April. 2 sets are still not refunded. I paid R1647 they paid me R547 they still owe me R 1100. For the past 3 months. I've called them many times they always tell me that they have approved for my refund but they are waiting for the finance department. So if there is anything l can do to get my money back from Makro shop please help.
