Makro owes me a refund, They are not refunding my money.

I made an online purchase for pick up on the 23rd December 2025. When i went to collect my order on the 24th December 2025, two out of three items were checked out and i was advised the 3rd item is out of stock and it was going to be refunded back to my card. Until today i have not received the refund, i have been to the store to query the refund 3 times already and i am not getting some help . They would tell me a call is logged to have the funds released and nothing happens thereafter, I'd call or visit the store and be told the same thing over and over, but the money is not being refunded to me
