Makro over a year later and no refund, just ducking and diving

It now has nearly been 2 months since my numerous reviews on Makro's non compliant gas stove top bought from them. With the last "private" reply from them I was told that they apologise (now for the seventh time) and they will put me onto the right people. Well nothing happened and I have been writing reviews now for over a year on this same issue. Please do not reply "private" again as the whole world wants to see the after sale service they supply to customers; entirely their fault as the appliance that was sold to me did not comply to S.A. gas compliance certificates. The appliance was collected from me; now it is an impossible task to get a refund from them. MAK***. Well Makro thank you for the apologies, but try again to put me on the "people" and pay my refund after a year of ducking and diving.
