MAKRO OTTERY TERRIBLE SERVICE!! REFUSED TO REFUND

We have a small car wash and bought a pressure cleaner at Makro, the machine gave us problems and returned for repairs. they couldnt repair it and wanted to issue us a voucher and or refund, which they didnt do because we cant the card number they have on their system. i called the ottery store to explain to them but none of the employees knew what the policy is for credit notes. we have a proof of purchase why will you want to refund to a card that doesn't belong to us. called again and my calls get dropped continuously, poor poor poor service!! and the lady on the switch board so rude!
