Makro Ottery terrible return service

What a horrible experience with Makro Ottery in Cape Town.

I have wasted my fuel so many times with the promise that my refund will be sorted out, I have spoken to many managers who have said they will sort it out and get back to me.. I am always left waiting and with no response or being contacted as promised.

A terribly frustrating process and for managers to lie??? Didn't know this was a quality needed for a management position
