MAKRO OTTERY SELLING DENTED FRIDGES

Dear Makro

I am extremely upset with the service i have received to date. I have purchased what was supposed to be a new fridge only to un-box a dented fridge.

I have paid good money to arrange transport for my item and will have to incur more cost now to have this fridge replaced.

upon calling your call centre agents, not one person could advise on when this item will be replaced and how it will be replaced.

Please clear up this mess today as i require a fridge as soon as possible.
