Makro Ottery refusing to deliver my Washing Machine Unit from March now its end of June, unable to wash my laundry

Not happy with the outcome of my complaint. The image of the Branch is very vital. Hope that other branches will learn from the way that Makro Ottery handles and respond to customers feedback.

I got a mail that instruct me what need to happen. I made ways for my washing machine to be at the store. Whereas from what they Makro Ottery is telling you when you are making a purchase of an appliance, it stipulate that provided you purchase the extension of the warrantly then when ever there fualt with the unit then you need to contact the store and unit will be collected at your house repaired and returned back to your house.

The store is instructing me to come collect the unit myself instead of making arrangement with me deliver at my house.

Their service is fatally ridiculous and i will never recommend friend and family to undergo the experience I have with them. From March till End of June i do not have the washing machine.
