Makro ottery poor service, missing items for two orders

Good morning.

I'm still waiting for the refund.

So disappointed I Makro service, I placed an order over the week and I had items missing again how is this possible?

Makro online store is way beyond ridiculous, so I don't have 1 issue now I have to queries that don't seem to get resolved.

How do I take this further because this complaint of mine is not being resolved.

My first query been going on for a month now still no one is helping me, and on top I have another query with a order I received but I got items that was also missing.

The whatsapp and email system don't work, and when you try to phone they drop the line, someone by the name of Galima Arend did email me to say will get my money but i never received anything and on top she is not replying to my emails, Makro customer service is poor, I just want my money from both orders which I had missing. I was advised to log a return so that th y can process my query I did and still waiting on my refund for my missing items, I have no more words for the poor service from Makro

What do u mean review my banking statement for December, this is a order a placed in January, where two items was short, I was advised that I need to log a return for my refund to be processed I did that but nothing happened, this is not th first time I received items short, whenever I order I have missing items this is unacceptable

Excuse you are talking about the condition that was short that was refunded, that was a query of last year.

I placed another order in January but I also received two items short so that was not refunded at all this is really not on, I had two orders one order was refunded after a month and the other order was not refunded

Yea you refunded for the two oceans condition that was for a order for December I'm not talking about that order.

Omg clearly you guys don't investigate your complaint properly because of you go look at all the emails that was sent you will see that was not refunded to me, this is beyond pathetic service now
