Makro ottery poor service, and send packages that have missing items
Wow I'm so disgusted at the service from Makro ottery.
I order items at the start of December, I received it but had an item missing, I WhatsApp them, emailed this is my second complain on hello peter I even compliant to the ombudsman but Makro is not resolving my query.
I want my refund for my missing items is almost two weeks now and I'm disappointed at the customer service from Makro

22 Dec 2025, 15:38Sorry my refund did not reflect at all, you are probably talking about the items I canceled yes I got that refund but not the refund for my item that I did not receive, the item was the coconut conditioner i did not get my refund at all

Makro online store is way beyond ridiculous, so I don't have 1 issue now I have to queries that don't seem to get resolved.
