Makro ottery poor customer service

I have order some goods from makro ottery online as I always do this time around they sended me a goe box full of expired goods I then called them to.inform them even sended email and proof was told they will call me back but they ever did I called them to get them to collect goods they finally did a d was promised that the manager will.call me so I can lay complaint and yet til now no1 has called me I even logged a query on there whatsapp chat no contact I have called them numerous times to find out when funds will be refunded and no answer or lines get cut I'm so dissapointed as I always use this services but I don't think I will do in future if this is the way they treat clients when there is a concern
