Makro Ottery Misleading Advertising

<p>Makro is advertising a Bestway Steel Frame Pool -4570mm (w) x 910mm (h) Easy set up,Rust-resistant frames Heavy duty PVC and polyester 3-ply walls Flow control drainage valve Includes filter pump, ladder, ground cloth, cover and DVD and baby boat</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased one and the setup DVD is not included in the package. Had I known that it does not come with a DVD I would not purchase, as I need to setup myself, and I would then rather have bought a cheaper blowup pool. I hHave called their Ottery branch and logged online queries - and the response is still that they are looking into the query. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have also advised that I will have choice but to return and they say it's not their fault because the goods are packed by their supplier, but then my question is why advertise that something is included, when it's not?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very frustrated with the service of Makro and have had so many bad experiences with them, but was sincerely hoping that this time would be different - just goes to show - service is just deteriorating.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone from Makro or Bestway please get me my DVD, I am not happy with these silly You Tube setups that I was told by Bestway to use for the setup, as this was not how the product was advertised - it is advertised WITH A DVD! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
