Makro Ottery has pathetic service!!!

If I could give less than a 1 star review I wish I could. I was interested in purchasing a fridge but the promo was ending the next day. I wanted them to deliver it a little later (a week later) as I was only moving in to a new place that time. They refused to assist me they said they can't keep it later no storage. They also didn't want to give me a rain check for the promotion. But just you order something and they have issues then they want you to understand that they're delayed on delivering your order. The assistant Wafeeq also didn't even bother to try to speak to a manager after I said wow you won't even pretend to maybe ask so you can put a customer at ease knowing you atleast tried he was like ya sure if that makes you happy. I am so disgusted at the service, it's not like I didn't want to pay, I did! I just needed them to deliver a week later. Wow! Pathetic service.
