Makro ottery deliveres damaged goods

Delivered a broken Washing machine.

Makro ottery has made my experience of buying a washing machine a nightmare.

I went into the store on Wednesday, and had to look for a sales assistant to assist me. An sales rep from veremark or some company had to get an agent to assist. The rep was not friendly at all but rather made me feel like I was doing him a favor. I requested delivery on the Saturday, yet I had to call makro 6 times to enquire when will the machine be delivered and at some stage no one knew anything about this delivery.

Once delivered I opened the machine on Sunday and saw that the machine had been cracked on the top and is slopping in. I called makros call centre and the store and everyone has been giving me the same story that they will return my call its Tuesday and still nothing has happened.
