Makro--Ottery ***ards

I was there last year to buy a few goods and at the check out till 35 I asked the packer for a box. It was after 5pm and the queues were still quite long. He responded by saying 'can you see how long the queues are and now I must walk over there to fetch one?', I said but I would like a box. He then proceeded to collect a box and swore 'my MA se ********** I contacted head office and the store, the head office contacted me back to say it's the stores duty to deal with the matter. A member from the store has contacted me, promised to call back and never did, when I contact the store and leave messages she is never available. Makro and their employees are ***ards and run away from consumers when their rights are violated. Makro step up and remember your family members are also being treated like that when shopping at your stores. Makro is clearly all about consumers money and nothing else.
