Makro Ottery and One Cart - false advertising

This review is specific to Makro Ottery that uses the One Cart platform for online shopping. I have had more than one experience of purchasing an item at an advertised price and then being told by the personal shopper that the site is erroneous and that the price instore is higher (significantly higher). The refund of the original amount is then done into the One Cart wallet and not into my bank account because I refuse to purchase the item at the higher price. I do believe this is false advertising and despite previous requests from Makro and One Cart to explain themselves, I have had no response. I will advise extreme caution when dealing with these two entities
