Makro Ottery

Once a month a colleague and I do a major shop at Makro Ottery. Once again there were a number of items not on the shelves or in stock - apparently the stock has not yet arrived. There are certain items that are unavailable for two to three months at a time, sometimes longer which is very disappointing. On the positive side, I have found their regular staff to be friendly, helpful and generally pleasant to approach. Nokuthula Jodwana was very helpful today assisting me with the extremely heavy merchandise for which I was very grateful. She was so friendly, helpful and eager to assist and had such a good attitude. Time and time again I have found that pleasant, helpful and friendly staff go a long way to covering a multiple of shortcomings and leaving one with a feeling of a good shopping experience despite some disappointments.
