Makro Order Review: Disappointing Customer Service

I recently placed an order with Makro (Order Number: MAK***), which was marked as delivered. However, I never received the package. I contacted customer service, hoping to resolve the issue, but was met with disinterest and a lack of urgency. The representative I spoke with didn't seem invested in helping me track down my order (Courier Tracking Number: WUM-86G6D5) or offering any solution. It's frustrating to deal with such poor customer service when all I want is either my order or a clear resolution. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Makro, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope they address this issue and improve their service going forward.
