Makro order paid for but not delivered

OK Makro, I ordered and paid for items on the 9th December. You sent one item and then went quiet. I have called your call centre a few times and written on your FB page. Always to be told that either they don't know where my order is or that someone will contact me, which they never had. This morning's call to your call centre has revealed that apparently one of the items in out of stock. I wonder if it was out of stock on the 9th December??? No comms from Makro whatsoever. And why haven't you sent the other items that are in stock and have been paid for. My order number is MAK ********** . Completely dissatisfied with service and will never order online again.
