Makro order outstanding for more than 45 days

I made an online purchase at Makro on 18 November 2023. The delivery was split, and I am still awaiting the delivery of 2 products (which I need urgently for a baby shower). I have contacted (phone plus e-mail) the customer care about 6 times and they just come back and say it has been escalated to the relevant department, but I am still not getting the delivery. I don't know what the heck is happening at the courier service company, but the service is really pathetic.
