Makro order outstanding for 7 weeks

Order MAK*** again - I have not been contacted by Makro as alleged in their reply. Have received a mail saying that it has been escalated, but the matter has been escalated for 6 weeks now. No satisfactory answer as why my order is not being delivered. The supervisors do not phone back, on Frisay Sifiso was definitely going to phone me back, tried to reach him 16h50, call center agent said he is not in office. Then Mmusi was going to call me, I am still waiting. The call center agents are really trying their best, but the supervisors are missing in action and do not support them in solving the queries satisfactorily.
