Makro order not delivered in almost a month now

I ordered 2 items online, only one arrived. The item that did not arrive is a Fridge/Freezer, it has been 3 weeks that my parents have no refrigeration and have to buy their meat, milk and other cold items every day and cannot even keep left-overs. There is also no cold water in the hot summer days for them and they are in their 70s.

Something that should have been delivered in 3 days, is taking almost a month now. I am about to cancel the order, bu rest assured I will never buy from Makro again.
