Makro order not delivered because courier company gave up to deliver.... and Makro call centre is not helping me..

I ordered goods for delivery on the 31st of December 2022. They didn't have problem before. But this time, courier company guy phoned me from the wrong address on the 3rd of Jan. I gave him my address again(It is him who was at the wrong place even thought my address is right) and he said he would deliver next day(on the 4th). I waited him to call me next day. But when I tried to phone him he never answer the phoned. He ignored me and what I found out later. My goods are returned to the orgin without telling me anything. I reported this problem Makro call centre but I haven't got anything yet until now and even without refund. But I mentioned clearly to the call centre that I needed my goods. I still need them. But no one is helping me here. It is Makro which is such a big company. And I used them a lot for deliver. It is very disappointing. Is there anyone who can help me here please?
