Makro order not delivered

I ordered on Makro online on the 17/05/2023 and the order was picked up by Woodmead at Sandton which was wrong cause the delivery was set up for Pinetown and when I am calling the shop nor the call Centre both parts have no idea with my order. When I called 3weeks ago the manager Mr Hadebe said he will call me, and never I heard from him no feedback about the order being refunded nor the sell being transferred, I'm really disappointed.
