Makro order mixed up, did not receive what I've ordered

It is now the second time that there is a mess up with my order. What I've ordered from Makro is not what was delivered yesterday at my home. Order is totally wrong and previously my order was also deliver to someone else's address in another town and previously all I got was explanation from the courier and not the store that have apologized for the hick up they made + the time that I've waiting for my order
