Makro order MAK*** incompletly delivered

I order 12 wiskey and 12 scheppes lemonade online from Makro. Yesterday they delivered the lemonade without the wiskey. According to their records both items were delivered. We sent them 3 video from our cameras showing cleary that only one box was delivered. We phone them ,email them and whattup them since yesterday but only get one answer " we investigate it. " I the meantime I do not receive my stuff ordered. This is the second time it happened at Makro Vaal when ordering on line. The previous time it to 10 days with lot of stuggling to get my stuff. Never order online from Makro
