Makro Order
I ordered by makro a coffee machine. The ordering online went smooth, everything was ok, paid R90 for to door delivery, all no problem. Ordered the items,bec8use on All the products you can see the guaranty time a and good info in generell. My problem now with Makro is, you cant get someone on the phone, nobody picks up the phone, if there is a problem you have to drive to a store, a other Problem is the communication between Makro and the Courier, one week afther you received the item the order is still not Updated. So a lot of employee are Sitting in their comfortzone phone service are zero.
