Makro only supply affordable products online.

I Googled a product and what I was looking for popped up. I drove all the way from Bellville to Makro Cape Gate to buy it. When I asked sale staff and showed them the product they informed me that that product was online only. I showed them the next one and that was also online only. It seems Game are only have more expensive products on the shelve and not the more affordable ones. I then Google their competitor over the street, the same way I searched them and found a more affordable product there. The staff just do not care either, they just say it's online and leave. The call centre also just put the phone down when I asked to get me that product. It seems Makro is to big now and only want you to buy online. Rather support the competitors, Game.
