Makro only loves money
I bought a promotion Case castle and get a bag briquette free. I did not receive the briquette and there was stated that I had to return the beers and then order again and had mails going back and forth. Makro does not respond anymore. I think it is easy. I bought the castle just sent me the briquettes, but big companies don't care about their customers.

They said I will be phoned the same day.
It is almost a week later and haven't been contacted again.
This states that Makro employees have no problem lying to customers.
