Makro online/Riversands fail to deliver

Makro online orders have proven to be an absolute nightmare thus far.

I'm still waiting on an order I placed ages ago and I can't even track it online cause there's no record of it on their new website.

When I try their contact center they keep telling me the item is waiting on courier collection. How long does this courier take to collect orders?
