Makro Online/Makro Woodmead Poor Service

I am really disappointed with the service I received from the Makro online and Makro Woodmead teams. I placed an order on the app on the 30th of August and I still haven't received it to this day, over a month laterr. No one knows where the order is and they keep sending me around in circles when I call the contact centre.
